Attention All Avon Representatives!

Avon has just announced another a new Incentive Program: Shine & Strive!

The incentive is for ALL Representatives, and there are two ways to earn. The incentive will run from Campaign 21 through Campaign 26 (October 11, 2023 – January 2, 2024). You can earn a free product in each of those campaigns, as well as a $100 account credit at the end of the incentive!

Your earned credits can be redeemed in Campaigns 1 and 2, 2023.

You’ll be able to see your sales goal and progress on your Avon Dashboard.

The holidays arrived early and you’ve got two new ways to score free products! Place your first qualifying campaign order and earn a full-size product drop within your shipment, Campaigns 21-26! And earn a $100 product credit when you place orders of $100 or more in 6 consecutive campaigns! Spend your product credit in C1 or C2, 2024.

1ST WAY TO EARN:

Place your first qualifying campaign order at or above your minimum order size goal and earn a full-size product drop within the shipment of achievement, C21-26! Earn a different product each campaign! Premier and President’s Recognition Program Members will receive additional samples along with the full-size product.

• Order size goal is based on your current Campaign Sales Level Title.
• Order size goal must be achieved with the first order a Representative places within a campaign.
• The free product will be included within the shipment in which the first order a Representative places is at or above the order size goal.
• Multiple orders to achieve the order size goal will not qualify for the product drop. Direct Delivery orders will not count.
• Limited to one product drop per campaign, for the first qualifying order in a campaign only.

2ND WAY TO EARN:

Earn a $100 product credit when you place 6 consecutive campaign orders C21-26 with a minimum order size of $100 each campaign. The product credit is redeemable in C1 or C2.

• All orders count and Representative must have $100 in cumulative sales each campaign, C21-26.
• Sales are NOT cumulative between campaigns.
• Achievers of the $100 product credit will receive the credit in C1, 2024 (January 3, 2024).

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

• The Representative’s account must be active and in good standing (past due no more than one campaign with a balance of less than $500.00) to qualify for the Shine & Strive Incentive (“Incentive”).
• To qualify for this Incentive, a Representative’s account must remain in good standing through the close of Incentive, Campaign 26, 2023, or the account will be disqualified. Avon reserves the right to review and withhold rewards for past due account balances over $500, at any point in the review process.
• 1st Way to Earn: The full-size product is redeemed within the shipment of a qualifying order. Only the first order a Representative places in a campaign at or above the order size goal will qualify for this incentive. Orders placed after the first campaign order will not count either as a standalone qualifier or cumulatively across multiple orders. Direct Delivery orders will not count.
• To redeem the Avon account credit earned, Representative must have an Avon Wallet account, subject to the terms and conditions of Hyperwallet.
• Rewards received cannot be substituted or transferred.
• Redemption for the Account Credit is Campaign 1 and 2, 2024. If Account Credit is not redeemed during that timeframe, reward will be forfeited.
• Avon reserves the right to adjust rules and regulations or cancel the Incentive at any time, at its sole discretion.
• Avon reserves the right to audit all performance data when determining Incentive reward eligibility and reserves the right to disqualify or remove any Representative it determines has violated principles of fairness, program intent, or any violation of the Independent Sales Representative Contract or Business Policies and Procedures for Independent Sales Representatives.
• Avon reserves the right to audit returns. Any returns processed during the Incentive period will be subtracted from the Award Sales of the campaign in which the return is processed and will affect the calculation and payment of the bonuses. Returns processed after the end of the Incentive period will result in any applicable bonus or commission payments being deducted from the Representative’s current account balance.
• This program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• All federal, state and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance of the reward are Representative’s responsibility.
• By participating, Representatives agree that Avon will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Representative against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the reward (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Incentive.
• 1900s accounts cannot participate in this incentive.

Not a Representative Yet?

You can still earn this incentive if you join now! Your goal for the six-campaign incentive period will be six consecutive campaigns of $100 or more (including direct delivery orders), which is easily doable!

The incentive period runs from Campaign 21, 2023, through Campaign 16, 2024 (October 10, 2023 – August 14, 2024), and the cruise will take place in the fall of 2024.
